New Mechanics
An Ultra-Mech is a new card type that has to be constructed over the course of a game before it can be played. You can include one Ultra-Mech with your deck, so you can either build Mechaz0r or one of the three new Ultra-Mechs. The construct mechanic increases your build progress.
Ultimate is a new keyword that lets you exhaust a unit that hasn’t attacked this turn and pay a cost to trigger an ability. Ultra-Mechs spend a unique resource called an ultra-charge for their Ultimates — when you construct while you have your Ultra-Mech in play, it gains an ultra-charge.
Ranged is a new keyword that sounds familiar but is a bit different than in the video game. A unit with Ranged can attack the first enemy in a straight line (orthogonal or diagonal) from it.
There are also now Generals with abilities, a neutral General, and some cards with wild abilities only possible in the board game.

Board Game Updates
The cards from Mechaz0r Rising and the Frostfire Set have been added to the Print and Play version of the game and the Prismatic Pack. The Print and Play game also has the three exclusive cards available for printing so you can play with the entire card pool for free, and all cards have been updated to include faction names for deckbuilding purposes. When you buy a Prismatic Pack, you get a Prismatic Spirit Orb in the video game, which includes five random prismatic cards of epic or legendary rarity.
